Charles J. Calais, DO, attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and received his medical degree in 1998. Furthermore, he conducted his internship and internal medicine residency at San Antonio Military Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. In addition, he completed his fellowship training in allergy-immunology at the National Capital Consortium in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Calais received board certification in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine, as well as board certification in allergy and immunology from the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI). He remains a member of the Texas Medical Association, Texas Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society, and Bexar County Medical Society. Prior to medical school, Dr. Calais received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fayetteville State University, and a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University.
